The 2024 Hagerstown Fiber Fest will be our third annual yarn and fiber festival in lovely downtown Hagerstown. Sponsored by The Yarn Shop, the Fiber Fest occurs on the first Saturday of October.
As we grow our fiber festival, we have a few free spots for this year’s festivities and are currently accepting vendor applications for this year’s festival on October 5, 2024.
The Hagerstown Fiber Fest is held at University Plaza, 50 West Washington Street, in Hagerstown. This lovely pocket park, situated in the center of the City’s Arts & Entertainment District, is the perfectly intimate place to contain all things fiber – just steps away from The Yarn Shop, numerous restaurants, our new minor league baseball stadium, and Hagerstown’s Cultural Trail. The Hagerstown Fiber Fest is a rain or shine event.
The application can be downloaded here HFF 2024 Vendor Application and submitted via email to theyarnshophagerstown@gmail.com or via snail mail to The Yarn Shop, 1 North Potomac St, Hagerstown, MD, 21740. The vendor fee is $75, but please wait to pay until our committee has constructed a final list of juried vendors. The deadline for vendor applications is August 10th, 2024, and we will respond with our juried decisions by August 18th.

If you have been juried or grandparented in as a vendor, purchase this ‘item’ to pay your Vendor Fee for the 2024 Hagerstown Fiber Festival. Purchase two of these if you are occupying a double booth.
In order to vend at the 2024 Hagerstown Fiber Festival, this $75 purchase must be accompanied by an approved application.
Paying this vending fee does not guarantee your entry as a vendor to the Hagerstown Fiber Festival. If you pay this fee and are not juried in your fee will be refunded on or before August 18, 2024.
